You only pay for the actual amount of time spent working on your project, i.e. if we spend 1½ hours on your project you will be invoiced for 1½ hours not 2 hours.

For clients requiring ‘one off’ work, payment is due when the client receives the work.

For clients requiring ‘on going’ work, payment will be due within one month of the date of the invoice (invoices are raised monthly)

Clients will be required to complete and return a ‘Project Booking Form’ which will be sent via e-mail attachment before work can commence. This will create a firm booking between us and sets our terms and conditions.

Once you have completed and returned a ‘Project Booking Form’ you can *upload your file(s) here* or send the assignment by post or e-mail.

We operate on a first come first served basis. Projects will be undertaken as quickly as possible and returned via your chosen route, our preferred method being via e-mail attachment.
